DCT franchisees around the country can assemble their own version of the newsletter from a database of articles and tips. E-newsletters can include articles on various topics or can be built using articles on a single topic related to an upcoming course offering. A universal format, creatively reflecting the corporate identity system, and a database of content insure the corporate brand.

The ads focus on the viewers’ personal needs and lock them in with progressive animations to insure click-through.

These e-mail advertisements are generated by DCT franchisees throughout North America using a central administrative site. This allows both for corporate to create the templates, maintaining the brand messages, and for the franchisees to customize the templates, linking them to their local schedules. Presented under a consistent e-nouncement banner, each course is differentiated by specific colors and images that relate to the print promotions for that course.

"Breaking Through the Clutter to Bolster a Corporate Initiative"
A new worldwide information gathering system, ClientBuilder, can only be successful if everyone in the field uses it and builds the central database. However, the field is busy and often overlooks e-mail messages. To break through the clutter and communicate the benefits of this strategic initiative, we created a dynamic series of e-promotions with strong attention-grabbing heads that highlight the system benefits in three key areas: increased sales, ease of use and low cost. Details are explained using simple charts and graphic examples.
